As a professional traveler, I’ve visited some of the most beautiful islands in the world, but Koh Samui, Thailand, is one of the few etched into my heart. Under Thai Traditional Medicine rules, cannabis flower is a controlled herb that’s legal for medical use only.

Public consumption is prohibited, with possible fines and jail time. Tourists can obtain prescriptions locally, but it is not casual/recreational access.
